Our Second Home Service is designed to confirm the integrity and security of your home. If we discover anything out of order or unusual we will contact you and assist with necessary remedies. A customized program will be provided if you require special needs beyond our basic service.
Second Home Services can include:
• Observe peculiar sounds or odors e.g. gas or mildew • Check all door exits for security breaches • Check all windows for lock position • Observe obvious mechanical problems • Observe any obvious plumbing problems • Observe for storm/wind damage • Observe any broken glass • Observe for unfriendly creatures • Flush Toilets • Turn on/off all inside faucets • Turn on/off outside faucets • Check for packages/fliers outside entry and move them inside home |
• Observe outside sprinkler systems working order • Check thermostat settings • Turn on/off lights • Turn on/off stove • Turn on/off oven • Turn on/off microwave • Turn on/off dishwasher • Turn on/off washer/dryer • Observe refrigerator/freezer • Check under sinks for any leaks • Adjust blinds for sunlight prevention • Observe home for excessive dirt • Open/close garage doors |
